Report it from the app
The quickest way to reach us. Say what happened and what you expected instead. The report goes out with the app version and, if you leave the switch on, the last few pieces of work, so we can see what the squad was doing at the time.

Send a screenshot through TestFlight
Best for anything you can point at. Take a screenshot, share it to TestFlight, and it reaches us with the build number attached. When Squad crashes, TestFlight offers to send the report the next time it opens.

Write to us
For anything else, or if you cannot get into the app, write to [email protected]. A person reads every message, and we answer within a couple of days.
By email: [email protected]
A member did something it should not have
Open the Log first: every action is there with who took it and what allowed it, a rule you set, an allowance, or your yes. To stop spending at once, turn off Buying without asking, which ends every allowance. To stop a member using an account, disconnect it. Then report it from the app so we can find out why.
In the app: Work โ Log, and Account โ Security
You cannot get in, or lost a phone
From any device that is still signed in, you can sign out the lost one, or every other device at once. If you have no signed-in device left, write to us from the email you would like an answer at, and tell us how you signed in.

How members are kept in check is on the Trust page. What we collect is in the privacy policy, and the rules for using Squad are in the terms. In the app, Account, then Help & FAQ answers the common questions.
